The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) extends much-needed emergency credit to producers recovering from natural disasters and, in this case, quarantines through emergency loans. Triggering Disaster Event: March 25, 2022 and continuing due to damage and losses caused by the Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Quarantine imposed by the Minnesota Board of Animal Health.
