CCR has been automatically adjusted but registrants must update their ORCA profile in order for the adjusted size standards to appear in their ORCA profile. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage and viewing of many of the representations and certifications required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations and previously found in solicitations.
