Emergency Disaster and Response:

 
The Emergency and Disaster Response is a mechanism for providing the most recent before event imagery data sets to Federal and State agencies and private sector in the event of city, county, state or national emergencies and disasters. These imagery data sets are available for shipment on external hard drives, online APFO data provisioning system and also available through limited ArcIMS web services.
