The Labor Relations Staff provides labor-management advisory and consultant services for the Farm and Foreign Agricultural Service (FFAS) headquarters agencies. Our responsibilities include servicing three different agencies which have three different unions providing representational coverage of a variety of civil service and foreign service positions. Our bargaining units are different in that they operate under two separate systems and labor relations statutes.
