The EAP provides training and education options designed to increase awareness and promote mental health. The EAP provider will be glad to assist you with your needs. A counselor can assist you at meetings (i.e., staff meetings, managers meetings) and provide a variety of seminars onsite.
The EAP provides EAP orientations by methods of video or on site presentations. FFAS highly recommends use of this feature during employee orientations.
The EAP offers a variety of training sessions and seminars that are helpful to the entire work force. Some of the topics include:
- Stress and Anger Management
- How to Deal with Difficult People
- Dealing with Organizational Change
