Kauai Producers Eligible for Disaster Loans following March Flooding

 
(Honolulu, Hawaii, April 23, 2012) – Farm Service Agency (FSA) State Executive Director Diane L. Ley announced that agricultural producers in Kauai County may apply for disaster loans through December 18, 2012, if they suffered eligible physical or production losses due to the severe storms and flooding in March.

 
President Obama made a major disaster declaration on Kauai on April 18, 2012, which made FSA’s disaster loan program available.
