Giamanco, FSA State Executive Director 217-241-6600 Rick Graden Executive Officer 217-241-6600 Farm Service Agency announces new office hours for Wabash County Springfield, IL, February 5, 2013—The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency (FSA) State Executive Director Scherrie Giamanco announced today that effective February 18, 2013, the Wabash County FSA Office will incorporate new office hours. The new office hours are only applicable to the Farm Service Agency and do not affect any other agency that may be collocated in the USDA Service Center. Effective February 18, 2013, the Wabash County FSA Office will be open for business only one day per week – Thursday. Wabash County FSA customers are highly encouraged to take this opportunity to transfer farms to an adjacent county office and continue the benefit of receiving service 5 days per week. FSA customers may continue to conduct business in the Wabash County FSA Office, however, it is important to note that with the reduced office hours, it may be necessary to schedule appointments and additional delays can be expected. To initiate the farm transfer process, please contact either the Wabash County Office at (618) 263-3593 or the applicable county office that you wish to transfer your farm(s) to.
