Springfield, IL, March 19, 2013—The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency (FSA) State Executive Director Scherrie Giamanco announced today that effective April 7, 2013, the Rock Island County FSA Office will incorporate new office hours.

The new office hours are only applicable to the Farm Service Agency and do not affect any other agency that may be collocated in the USDA Service Center.

Effective April 7, 2013, the Rock Island County FSA Office will be open for business only one day per week – Wednesday.

To initiate the farm transfer process, please contact either the Rock Island County Office at 309/764-1486 or the applicable county office that you wish to transfer your farm(s) to.

The work hours of other co-located agencies, such as NRCS, SWCD, RD, etc. will remain unchanged. Customers may continue to conduct all FSA business at the Rock Island County FSA Office on Wednesday.
