FSA has standardized on MEGA as its primary Enterprise Architecture tool.

 
MEGA is a repository-based platform for business process analysis and enterprise architecture projects that is designed to improve enterprise performance. The MEGA application is based upon five core diagrams:

 
  • Organizational Chart
  • Overview of Business Processes
  • Business Process Environment
  • Business Process Implementation
  • Flowchart

 
These diagrams and their creation process are covered in detail in the training materials.
