The Architecture Office partners with the AMC, ADC, OTC, AO staff, project teams, individual experts, IT vendors and other FSA offices to provide curriculum and training for Application Architecture and software development and management tools.

The AO serves all project teams in the FSA with a concentration in Application Architecture including the following specific areas of responsibility:

  • Write, edit and facilitate curriculum and training for application architecture oriented training (SDLC, Rational Software).
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance in the area of software development.
  • Provide workshops in the areas of the SDLC (Requirements & Analysis, High Level Design, Detailed Design, Construction & Assembly).
  • Collaborate with other offices to promote a complete understanding of all cross cutting concerns regarding software development at the FSA.
