The FSA NITC Mainframe SDLC defines the standards and procedures for developing mainframe computer systems. This new standard replaces the former FSA Handbook 14-ADM, ADP Standards and Procedures for Development of Computer Systems. 14-ADM is now obsolete.

The System 36 SDLC consists of the standards used by ITSD in defining the requirements for user interface with a SCOAP (State and County Office Automation Project) application. It includes analysis, design, programming, testing, and security standards for SCOAP automated systems development. Refer to the
