Project Management Process

Planning

Define the project objectives and the plan to meet those objectives. Reappraise the project's intended functionality and the risks associated with achieving that functionality. As the capabilities and risks are better understood, the requirements should be updated. Other aspects to consider in this group are time/cost estimates and resource allocation.

Documentation is available to assist project teams with project needs by selecting the Project Management Documents page.
