Information Technology Business Service Model (IT BSM)
The IT BSM provides a standard repeatable process to govern IT and Business interaction regarding the initiation / definition, evaluation, approval of project work.
The primary objectives of this process are to:
- Identify the key participants and their roles and responsibilities in the project lifecycle
- Illustrate the high level workflow and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle

Project Registration and Portfolio (PRP)
PRP is the initial documentation and ongoing maintenance of a standard set of project data in a centralized project portfolio.
The function of the Project Portfolio is to provide / promote:
- Project visibility and tracking from initiation through closing
- Budgeting and priority decision support
- Intra-agency communication
- Project and Portfolio health metrics
- Efficient utilization of resources
