Applications for the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) and Emergency Forest Restoration Program (EFRP) are being accepted now until May 31, 2013 for damage caused by Hurricane Sandy. Please read the national News Release and contact your local county office for more information. Eligible counties in Connecticut are Fairfield, Litchfield, Middlesex, New Haven, New London, Tolland, and Windham Counties.
