If you own or operate a farm in Kentucky it is important for you to keep your records current at your local FSA Service Center office. As farm ownership or the farm operator changes it is important to notify FSA. If the farm owner dies, the FSA office must be contacted to correct records and determine who has signature authority for the farm.

Crop or Livestock Losses: Report crop and livestock lost due to natural disaster to the local FSA office to be eligible for potential FSA disaster payments. Contact your local office to determine what will be required to be eligible.

Need a Loan: Contact your local FSA office to get information about farm ownership or operating loans. An FSA loan officer will be happy to contact you.
