The Data Master Book represents two years of actual and 10 years of estimate data for each Commodity and Program funded by the CCC. The Commodity and Program budget model data presented in the Data Master is the basis from which the Commodity Estimates Book and other CCC reports are produced. This is analogous to the database of CCC Fiscal Year budget data.
