The office of the Deputy Administrator for Management, Farm Service Agency, provides leadership in the areas of Human Resources, Financial Management, Management Services, Budget, Information Technology, Aerial Photography, and the Kansas City Administrative Office, in support of FSA programs.

 
Welcome to Management Services Division's Home Page. Our mission is to promote efficient and effective service to FSA, FAS and RMA employees in support of American Agriculture Producers and the American Public.

 
We administer a comprehensive Administrative Management and Support Services Program for FSA, FAS, and RMA, including the Commodity Credit Corporation.

The Financial Management Division (FMD) provides financial management programs, policies, systems, and services to enable the Farm Service Agency (FSA), the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), and the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) to serve American producers, American agribusiness and export entities, and the American public through efficient, cost-effective, and equitable administration of farm and international agricultural trade programs.
