"FSA's Acquisition Management Division is responsible for procurement of goods and services, other than food commodities, for FSA, the Foreign Agricultural Service and the Risk Management Agency. We are committed to providing a value added service to enhance and improve the communication process between the customer, the vendor community and AMD to achieve quality results."
