OBPI Structure

Office of Business and Program Integration
The Office of Business and Program Integration (OBPI) is divided into five branches:

  • Appeals and Litigation Staff (ALS)

  • ALS processes FOIA appeals and collaborates with the Office of the General Counsel in litigation.

  • Economic Policy Analysis Staff (EPAS)

  • EPAS provides economic analysis and evaluation of farm policy, conservation programs, farm credit, and commodity supply and demand forecasts to enhance the economic stability of U.S. agricultural production and its producers.

  • Operations Review and Analysis Staff (ORAS)

  • ORAS ensures compliance with policies and procedures by identifying issues raised by internal and external reviews and audits.

  • Outreach Staff (OS)

  • OS informs all farmers and ranchers about FSA programs and services. Special emphasis is given to increasing the participation of the socially disadvantaged, limited resource and minority farmers in FSA programs.

  • Strategic Performance and Evaluation Staff (SPES)

  • SPES ensures compliance with agency and department policies, administration goals, and legislation governing financial integrity, change management goals and strategic planning. It also oversees Commodity Credit Corporation records and customer satisfaction research.
