Nov 3, 2011 - The Farm Service Agency announces the revision of the WA-402 Licensing Agreement for Grain and Rice Warehouse Operators. The Kansas City Commodity Office will notify all current United States Warehouse Act licensed grain and rice Warehouse Operators. Warehouse Operators are asked to execute the revised Agreement by January 31, 2012. All warehouse operators are invited to access the revised WA-402 online via the DACO web site at http://www.fsa.usda.gov/FSA/webapp?area=home&subject=coop&topic=was-ua
