The Kansas City Commodity Office (KCCO) manages the disposition of Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) owned inventory. This includes bulk commodities and dairy products.

Bulk Commodities

 
The Sale of Dairy Products for Unrestricgted Use on a Competitive Offer Basis - Announcement SDP1.

 
The Sale of Miscellaneous Agricultural Commodities (SMAC 2) (issued Mar 3, 2006) announcement includes eligibility, submissions, provisions, product specifications, instructions and compliance data and provides specific contracting information for sales of CCC-owned inventory. (SMAC was issued Jul 13, 2001.)

 
Current bulk commodities Invitations are posted to invite bids on various CCC-owned bulk commodities. This page also includes invitations to sell bulk commodities to USDA and purchase contract awards (PCAs). PCAs list the commodities purchased or sold for each invitation issued. Current sugar invitations and PCAs are also posted. Current invitations and PCAs are available for three weeks. Archived bulk commodities invitations and PCAs and archived sugar invitations and PCAs are available for one year.

Third Party Responsibilities

 
Interested parties are advised to check with the storing warehouse regarding applicable loadout rates, scheduling, quality, and location of Commodity. Interested parties are strongly urged to establish premium and discount schedules in case of quality or location differences, prior to purchasing the Commodity.
