Processed Commodities Storage Agreement

 
Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) enters into processed commodities storage agreements with private individuals and companies to allow warehouse operators to store commodities owned by CCC.

 
Warehouse operators wanting a processed commodities storage agreement are encouraged to review the regulations and guidelines and form KC-371, Guide for Completing Processed Commodities Storage Agreement Documents, prior to submitting their agreement documents.

  • This processed commodity storage agreement is between CCC, USDA, and warehouse operator. This agreement outlines provisions relative to processed commodity warehouse storage.

 
  • Warehouse Operators use this form to list warehouses covered under the Processed Commodities Storage Agreement (PCSA).

 
  • Warehouse operators use this form to provide storage and handling rates to the Commodity Credit Corporation for warehouses covered under the Processed Commodities Storage Agreement (PCSA).

  • This form is used to determine warehouseman eligibility or continued eligibility for a CCC storage contract by preparing this financial statement.

 
  • This form is used to succeed ownership of the warehousing business to another warehouse operator, with agreement of the Commodity Credit Corporation.

 
  • This form is used to transfer all rights and interest in ownership from one warehousing company to another, with agreement of the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC).
