Uniform Grain and Rice Storage Agreement

Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) enters into Uniform Grain and Rice Storage Agreements (UGRSA) with warehouse operators to store commodities owned by CCC or pledged as security to CCC for marketing assistance loans.

Warehouse operators may enter into a UGRSA in order to provide services to producers and CCC as specified in the UGRSA. Warehouse operators are encouraged to review the regulations/guidelines and agreement documents. Click on Find Contact Information for telephone and address information.

To enter into a Uniform Grain and Rice Storage Agreement with CCC, warehouse operators must:

  • Submit an application (CCC-24) to the Storage Contract Branch, Kansas City Commodity Office (KCCO).
  • Meet all applicable requirements in the UGRSA and the regulations.
