USDA agencies AMS, FAS, FSA, FNS, as well as USAID and MARAD joined forces to implement a modern Web Based Supply Chain Management system using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technology. The project began in the fall of 2006 and rolling implementation began June 30, 2010 with full functionality available April 1, 2011.
