NOTICE OF EXPORT PURCHASES – August 31, 2005

The Kansas City Commodity Office today announced that no commodity purchase was made 
for the 2,000 mt crude degummed soybean oil listed under Invitation No. 98, dated
August 18, 2005.  Due to the inordinate weather conditions in New Orleans from the 
aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and price, all offers are rejected and this procurement
