Performance and Accountability Reports (PAR)
The Performance and Accountability Report, also known as the PAR, is a consolidated report prepared under the Reports Consolidation Act of 2000. The Report is required by the Accountability of Tax Dollars Act of FY 2002 (Public Law 107-289) and subject to OMB regulations. This report combines and enhances the information in the Annual Performance Report, prepared pursuant to the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA), and an agency's Audited Financial Statements.

Financial Managers' Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) Reports
The Federal Manager's Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) of 1982 was passed by Congress to provide the public with reasonable assurance that "{i} obligations and cost are in compliance with applicable law; {ii} funds, property, and other assets are safeguarded against waste, loss, unauthorized use, or misappropriation; and {iii} revenues and expenditures applicable to Federal agency operations are properly recorded and accounted for."
