Huron, South Dakota, February 22, 2021 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) in South Dakota is hosting a webinar at 12 p.m. CST on February 24 to share details and answer questions about the Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) Programs.

ARC provides income support payments on historical base acres when actual crop revenue declines below a specified guaranteed level. PLC provides income support payments on historical base acres when the effective price for a covered commodity falls below its reference price.

While our program delivery staff will continue to come into the office, they will be working with our producers by phone, and using online tools whenever possible.
