William “Bill” Beam was sworn in as the USDA FSA Administrator on March 24, 2025
In this role, Beam provides leadership for USDA, the Farm Production and Conservation Mission area, FSA and the collective mission to support agricultural production across America through a nationwide network of county and state offices.

USDA Reminds Producers to File Crop Acreage Reports
After spring planting is complete, agricultural producers should make an appointment with their local Farm Service Agency (FSA) county office to complete crop acreage reports before the applicable deadline. July 15 is a major deadline for most crops, but acreage reporting deadlines vary by county and by crop.
