On April 21, 2025, Farm Service Agency Administrator, William L. Beam, signed an Administrator’s Physical Loss Notification due to the excessive snow, freeze, frost, high winds, and ice that affected Boone, Newton, and White County from February 17, 2025, through February 21, 2025.

Disaster Start Date: February 17, 2025
Disaster End Date: February 21, 2025
Last Day to Apply for EM Loan: December 15, 2025

As of the effective date of April 15, 2025, in accordance with 7 CFR 759,
Section 759.6 (2), Emergency Loans may be made available to producers with a qualifying severe physical loss in the above-named counties. Applications can be received through December 15, 2025.
