On April 28, 2025, Farm Service Agency Administrator, William L. Beam, signed an Administrator’s Physical Loss Notification due to the excessive rain, flash flooding, flooding, hail, high winds, lightning, and tornadoes that affected several counties in Arkansas from March 14, 2025, through March 16, 2025.

Section 759.6 (2), Emergency Loans may be made available to producers with a qualifying severe physical loss in the above-named counties. Applications can be received through December 29, 2025.
