William “Bill” Beam was sworn in as the USDA FSA Administrator on March 24, 2025
In this role, Beam provides leadership for USDA, the Farm Production and Conservation Mission area, FSA and the collective mission to support agricultural production across America through a nationwide network of county and state offices.

Emergency Livestock Relief Program (ELRP) 2023 and 2024 Flood and Wildfire
FSA is issuing approximately $1 billion in emergency relief payments to help offset increased supplemental feed costs due to qualifying flood or wildfire. Only qualifying wildfires on non-federally managed lands are eligible. Learn more...
