About
Ty Davis was appointed by the Trump Administration to serve as the state executive director of the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Arkansas in May 2025.
Prior to his appointment, Davis served as state agriculture liaison for U.S. Senator John Boozman. With over 12 years of service in the Office of Senator John Boozman, Davis held multiple roles including southeast Arkansas field representative, assistant projects director, and state agriculture liaison. In these capacities, he was involved in coordinating infrastructure and economic development projects, engaging with stakeholders in Arkansas’s agricultural community, and communicating policy advocated by Senator Boozman.
Davis is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in history.
He was raised and currently resides on his family’s rice, soybean and corn farm in Stuttgart, Arkansas, and continues to support the operation as a fourth-generation farmer.
