USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) is providing $1.625 billion through a one-time bridge payment for specialty crops not covered through the previously announced Farm Bridge Assistance (FBA) program. Apply Online
Pre-filled ASCF applications will be available to producers who reported their 2025 crop acreage report by April 24, 2026, for eligible specialty crops. Only one application is required for all ASCF eligible specialty crops nationwide.
Producers who have a secure Login.gov account can access and submit their pre-filled application online from this webpage starting June 1, 2026.
About Login.gov
Login.gov is the public’s one account for government. Producers can use one account and password for secure, private access to participating government agencies, including FSA. Producers who already have a Login.gov account can work with FSA using their existing account.
Visit farmers.gov/account to create your account.

Apply at Your Local FSA Office
Producers can request their pre-filled ASCF application from their FSA county office beginning June 8, 2026. Completed ASCF applications can be returned to FSA county offices by one of the following methods:
- In-person
- Electronically using Box and One-span
- Fax
Application Requirements
Producers must have the following forms on file with FSA for the 2025 crop year:
- Form AD-2047, Customer Data Worksheet
- Form CCC-901, Member Information for Legal Entities (if applicable)
- Form CCC-902, Farm Operating Plan
- Form CCC-941, Average Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) Certification and Consent to Disclosure of Tax Information
- AD-1026, Highly Erodible Land Conservation (HELC) and Wetland Conservation (WC) Certification
- SF-3881, ACH Vendor/ Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form (Direct Deposit)
Most producers, especially those who have previously participated in FSA programs, will likely have these forms on file. However, those who are uncertain and want to confirm the status of their forms, can contact their local FSA county office.
Producers have until Aug. 7, 2026, to submit their completed application. Only one application is required for all ASCF eligible specialty crops nationwide.
ASCF payments are based on reported 2025 planted acres. Acreage that is reported as a cover crop, prevented planted, or with an intended use of grazing, left standing, green manure, silage, forage, volunteer, or experimental will not be used to determine ASCF program payments. Specialty crops grown in a controlled environment are not eligible, except for mushrooms.
The payment limit is $250,000 per producer. The average adjusted gross income (AGI) limitation relating to limits on payments for persons or legal entities, excluding joint ventures and general partnerships, with certain levels of AGI apply. Specifically, a person or legal entity with an AGI (as defined in 7 CFR Part 1400) that exceeds $900,000 is not eligible to receive ASCF payments.
Crop insurance linkage is not required; however, USDA strongly urges producers to take advantage of the new risk management tools provided in the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, also known as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, to best protect against future price risk and volatility.
