FSA Georgia and Georgia SHPO Programmatic Agreement
Dear Public,
The USDA–Farm Service Agency in Georgia (Georgia FSA) and the Georgia State Historic Preservation Office (Georgia SHPO) have officially finalized a draft programmatic agreement that creates an alternate Section 106 review process for specific FSA undertakings that adhere to strict implementation criteria, per 36 CFR §800.14(b).
Georgia FSA, the lead federal agency, formally requests the public’s participation in commenting on this agreement.
